From the app
You can delete your account directly in IRONIQ:
- Open the IRONIQ app.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm the deletion.
No longer have access to the app?
Send an email to support@ironiq.fr with:
- the subject line “Account deletion”;
- the email address associated with your IRONIQ account.
For security reasons, we may ask you to confirm your identity before processing a request received by email.
After your request
- Your account is marked for deletion and access to it may be disabled immediately or shortly after the request.
- The associated data is deleted within a maximum of 30 days, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
Your subscription is not canceled automatically. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, also cancel it from your store settings so you are no longer charged.
Data deleted
- Account information (email, first name, login credentials).
- Profile data (age, sex, height, weight, goal, level).
- Progress: sessions, performance, statistics.
- Body Scan and Plate Scan analysis results, as well as AI Coach history. Photos are not kept after analysis.
Data that may be kept temporarily
- Technical logs related to security and fraud prevention.
- Information needed to comply with legal, accounting or regulatory obligations.
