Terms of Use

This translation is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the IRONIQ mobile app, available on iOS and Android, and its related services (the “Service”).

The Service is published by Mabrouk Ghorab, a sole proprietor registered in France (“IRONIQ”, “we”).

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using IRONIQ, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in their entirety. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use IRONIQ.

2. Description of the service

IRONIQ is an AI-powered fitness app that offers, among other things:

• Body Scan: photo-based body composition analysis.
• Workout program: personalized plans generated by AI.
• Plate Scan: photo-based nutritional analysis of meals.
• AI Coach: a conversational assistant dedicated to fitness.
• Rank system: gamified progression.
• Progress tracking: body data, performance and leaderboard.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.

3. Account creation

Using IRONIQ requires creating an account. You agree to:

• provide accurate and up-to-date information;
• keep your login credentials confidential;
• notify us without delay of any unauthorized access;
• not transfer your account to a third party.

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

4. AI-generated content

IRONIQ uses OpenAI services to generate training recommendations, analyses and advice. Your data is only sent after your explicit consent in the app (see the Privacy Policy).

IRONIQ does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of the recommendations generated. Results vary from person to person.

5. Subscriptions and payments

IRONIQ offers auto-renewing Premium subscriptions:

• Monthly: €9.99 per month.
• Yearly: €59.99 per year (about €5 a month), with a 3-day free trial.

Payments are handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play. The amount is charged to your account when you confirm the purchase.

The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the end of the period. You can cancel from your App Store or Google Play account settings.

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period is forfeited when you purchase a paid subscription.

Refunds: these are subject to Apple's and Google's policies. IRONIQ does not process refunds directly.

6. Personal data

The collection and processing of your data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which details in particular the sharing of certain data with OpenAI.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. You can delete your account directly in the app (Profile › Settings › Delete my account).

7. Prohibited uses

You may not:

• use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes;
• attempt to bypass security measures;
• reproduce, modify or distribute the app's content;
• use bots or any other automated system;
• impersonate another person.

Any violation may result in the immediate suspension or deletion of your account.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law:

• IRONIQ does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
• IRONIQ cannot be held liable for injuries resulting from the use of the programs;
• IRONIQ's total liability is limited to the amounts paid during the last 3 months.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. Deletion results in the permanent loss of your data. Learn more.

IRONIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
